the eyes look fine to me.

nice expression of face this girl .... good catch... but anyway in my opinion this B&W looks unnatural - looks too digital - my sug.: try make much more experiments with some different sets of color filters... anyway eyes looks little too dark. Another good part of this capture is light position - especially good back light...
