The only thing I dont like about this fantastic image is the line where the water meets the coast... its a bit to bright and distracting for my taste.. Congrat to this awesome composition and photograph! Very nice mood! I assume you refer to the kit lense 18-55 or? You mentioned a 15-55 lense... Tend to agree with Al-h on that line in the middle (what is it?)...

Patrick you're right sorry...it's the lense from the kit. I don't know exactly what it is, but it appears everytime, I'm photographing waterscapes....so it is presumably just a reflexion of the setting sun. !?! the horizone has very often such a glow (in my pictures: like: Tribute to my old Cam by  Lenn0 calmative scenery III by  Lenn0 ...don't know why...but I like it ) thanks for the comments!!!
